MOE IBRAHIM

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Moe Ibrahim is an American businessman, hotelier, and restauranteur. He founded The Mozaic, a Singapore-headquartered investment management company, nearly 20 years ago.


Since then, he has started and successfully exited nearly a dozen companies in six countries. Moe approaches all of his projects with unrivaled vigor and passion. In finance, he was recognized as one of the top 20 hedge fund managers in the world. In hospitality, he was recognized as one of the leading hoteliers in Southeast Asia and his properties won many prestigious awards.


Moe founded Deelish Brands in 2017 with the vision of becoming Southeast Asia's top choice for trendy halal food.


Moe received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree (1996) from Siena College, located in Upstate New York. He graduated from the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program in March 2019.


Moe is a member of the Singapore Young President Organization Chapter. He is also the recipient of Singapore’s prestigious Spirit of Enterprise Award (2008).




MICHELLE LEONG

DIRECTOR


Michelle oversees the marketing program, public relations, and overall brand management of the entire group offerings. Prior to joining Deelish Brands, Michelle worked in an award-winning creative agency as well as the prestigious ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. Via these roles, she gained extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing communications. She is also actively involved in activities across all major business units.


Michelle graduated from Singapore’s RMIT University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. She excels at creating value through branding.

OPERATIONS MANAGER


Adrian oversees operations across all of our restaurants. He has almost 30 years of F&B experience with numerous household brands such as KFC, Popeyes, Manhattan Fish Market and The Coffee Club.


Adrian excels in leading his team to succeed via service quality, quality control and managing food and labour costs.
